Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1+ year experience in social media, community management, KOL/influencer marketing, or related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with KOLs, creators, and online communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community interactions across social media to build positive and engaging conversations around our brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant communities, KOLs, and content creators to support brand growth.
• Monitor social media conversations, trends, and audience sentiment to identify engagement opportunities and potential issues.
• Identify and engage potential KOLs and creators, from initial outreach to collaboration follow-up.
• Coordinate KOL collaborations, including outreach, briefing, content submission, and activity tracking.
• Support social media campaigns and maintain an organized database of KOL and community activities to drive engagement and growth.
