Job summary

Headstart Digital is seeking a proactive entry-level KOL Manager in Jakarta. You will onboard and manage key opinion leaders across categories, grow the KOL database, and maintain strong relationships.

You will negotiate budgets, create briefs, and analyze performance, ensuring timely payments. The role requires fresh graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a solid grasp of digital marketing trends and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or about to graduate.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with initiative and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage KOLs with different tiering and reach across various categories.
• Grow KOLs database and maintain relationships.
• Negotiate with KOLs and budgets.
• Create and execute briefs for KOLs.
• Recap and measure KOLs performance and payments.
