Job summary

Buzzohero in Jakarta is seeking a Junior KOL Manager to onboard and manage key opinion leaders across categories. You will grow the KOL database, maintain relationships, and coordinate campaigns in line with brand requirements.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final-year students with strong communication, negotiation and planning skills, who can work in West Jakarta and drive results in influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent campaign planning abilities.
• Responsible, honest, ambitious, detail-oriented and organized.

• Willing to work in Kembangan, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage KOLs with tiering and reach across categories.
• Grow and maintain the KOLs database and relationships.
• Coordinate KOL engagement campaigns per brand requirements.
• Negotiate costs with KOLs for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analyze and monitor KOL performance.
• Manage communications with media, KOLs, and third-party agencies for collaborations.
