MixWork is a Singapore-based Employer of Record (EOR) and BPO partner that helps international companies build and manage offshore teams in Indonesia, handling local compliance, HR administration, and talent operations on their behalf.
Our client is a Jakarta-based futures brokerage firm providing Foreign Exchange (Forex), Commodity, and Stock Index trading services through its mobile application. As a licensed local broker operating under the supervision of Indonesia’s Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI) and the Ministry of Trade, the client is expanding its Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnership program to grow client acquisition.
As Brand Partnership Manager, you will own and grow the client’s partnership and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) ecosystem within a specific category — such as finance or gaming KOLs — sourcing and onboarding high-quality partners and driving them through activation to referred FTD. Supported by a dedicated KOL admin and reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will act as a key business partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to grow the program and maximize partner-driven client acquisition. Identify, source, and recruit high-potential KOLs and partners within your assigned category, building a strong and consistent pipeline.
Own the end-to-end KOL/partner funnel: outreach, onboarding, activation, and conversion to referred FTD.
Monitor KOL and affiliate performance, identify underperformance, and implement strategies to improve activation and FTD conversion rates.
Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement across the partnership program.
Optimize partnership structures, commission schemes, and incentive programs to attract and retain top-performing KOLs.
Analyze performance variances and implement cost control measures; manage budgeting for partnership and acquisition costs.
Oversee program reporting and manage monthly reporting, including KOL pipeline, engagement (UGC) activity, and referred FTD.
Ensure all partnership and KOL engagements comply with BAPPEBTI, OJK, and other applicable regulatory and promotional requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Compliance) to align on messaging, targeting, and program design.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within the affiliate function.
2 years of experience in marketing, partnership/KOL management, or business development.
Experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets required.
Proven track record in sourcing and managing KOL/affiliate partnerships, with demonstrated results against activation and FTD/conversion targets.
Strong understanding of Indonesia’s digital marketing, partnership marketing, and KOL/influencer landscape.
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
Strong willingness to learn and a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); familiarity with CRM/affiliate tracking tools.
Experience utilizing AI tools to assist productivity.
