Smartdeer Services Centre is seeking a KOL Partnership Associate to drive user growth in Indonesia and Southeast Asia through strategic mentor/KOL collaborations in Web3 and crypto.

In this role you will build and nurture a high-quality partner pool, run promotional campaigns with partners, and align internal resources to maximize engagement and trading activity across markets. Strong networking and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Established connections with trading mentors/KOLs.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development in Web3/crypto.
• Strong negotiation, resource integration, and analytical skills.
• High resilience, strong execution, and collaborative team spirit.
• Prior success in partnership development or user growth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain relationships with trading mentors, KOLs, and influencers in Southeast Asia.
• Build a sustainable collaboration pool, negotiate agreements, and ensure long-term stable partnerships.
• Collaborate with mentors/KOLs to execute promotional campaigns and drive user acquisition and market activity.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize partnership outcomes.
