Job summary

Permata Indonesia in South Jakarta seeks a detail-oriented KOL and Affiliates Specialist to drive influencer partnerships across platforms and optimize affiliate performance.

You will recruit and onboard creators, coordinate livestreams, manage seeding programs, align with brand and e-commerce teams, and ensure content complies with platform guidelines.

Strong collaboration with MCNs and agencies to scale online activation and deliver measurable results is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate operations across platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia), including recruitment, onboarding, and daily coordination.
• Track and optimize affiliate performance based on key metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR), and develop strategies to improve results.
• Plan, execute, and monitor livestream campaigns, ensuring engaging content and strong commercial performance.
• Coordinate with hosts, creators, and internal teams to ensure seamless livestream execution and brand alignment.
• Lead seeding and sampling initiatives to support new product launches and drive creator engagement.
• Collaborate with MCNs, agencies, and external partners to scale online activation efforts and manage deliverables.
• Ensure content compliance and quality, reviewing creator content to meet brand and platform guidelines.
• Work closely with brand, media, and e-commerce teams to align digital activation with overall campaign objectives.
