Job summary

PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking an Affiliate & KOL Specialist to grow our partnerships with KOLs and affiliate partners from South Jakarta. The role focuses on recruiting, managing, and optimizing creator collaborations to expand market reach and drive sales.

You will coordinate campaigns across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia, monitor performance, and support live commerce activities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital marketing and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, E-commerce, Live Commerce, or Digital Marketing.
• Good understanding of social media, e-commerce platforms, and content trends.
• Experience managing KOLs, affiliates, or content creators.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and/or Tokopedia.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and campaign periods.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, KOLs, and content creators.
• Maintain an organized database of KOL and affiliate contacts, activities, and performance.
• Coordinate product samples, campaign briefs, promotional materials, and content requirements.
• Follow up with creators regarding content submissions, campaign deliverables, and deadlines.
• Set up and manage affiliate campaigns and commission programs on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
• Support affiliate campaigns during major e-commerce events and promotional periods.
• Monitor affiliate and KOL performance, including orders, GMV, commission, engagement, and content performance.
• Identify high-performing creators and support improvement plans for underperforming creators or campaigns.
• Live Commerce: assist with live sessions preparation, schedules, knowledge, and studio setup.
• Content & Digital Support: assist in creating short-form content and support digital campaigns.
