Jet Commerce is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to manage onboarding and partnerships with affiliate partners and KOLs across tiers in Indonesia. You will build a robust network and negotiate terms to drive brand growth and sales.

Collaborating with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams, you will craft campaign stories, monitor executions, and analyze performance metrics to deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL, or Influencer management.
• Proficient in platform familiarity: TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.
• Strong Mandarin communication; English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and manage affiliate partners and KOLs across tiers.
• Negotiate terms and manage budgets for affiliate/KOL campaigns.
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign administration — agreements, quotations, invoices, and payments.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams to optimize campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
