PT Eblo Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a skilled professional to manage KOL and affiliate programs within our e-commerce partners. You will develop KOL strategies that align with product launches and seasonal moments, and shortlist suitable beauty influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will also recruit and manage an affiliates network on Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Affiliate, collaborating with brand teams to motivate growth.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/affiliate marketing.
Experience in e-commerce or beauty/fashion categories is a plus.
Strong network and ability to onboard influencers quickly.

Mansioni

Develop and execute KOL strategies aligned with campaigns and product launches.
Shortlist and onboard beauty influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Recruit and manage a network of affiliates on Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate, etc., and plan incentive structures with the Brand eCommerce Marketing Team.
Collaborate with eCommerce and performance marketing teams to align KOL and affiliate activities with campaign mechanics and timelines.
Weekly tracking and reporting on KOL & affiliate performance (reach, engagement, GMV, ROI).
Maintain an internal database of active KOLs/affiliates, historical performance, and contacts.
