Job summary

Facetology is seeking a proactive KOL Admin Intern to support influencer campaigns, manage logistics, and maintain robust records. You will work from our office in South Jakarta, collaborating with marketing and agency partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will help monitor campaign activities, prepare agreements, MoUs, and payments, and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on content performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Relevant internship experience handling KOL admin tasks such as agreements, MoUs, invoices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating across teams and agencies and handling multiple invoices.
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

As a KOL Admin Intern, You Will

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations
• Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and supporting weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs
• Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments

Requirements

• Relevant internship experience in handling administrative tasks related to KOLs, including agreements, payments, and MoUs
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, strong time-management skills, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices simultaneously
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
