Job summary

Facetology is seeking a KOL Admin to support influencer campaigns, handle contracts and payments, and maintain KOL databases. This role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across teams.

You will work from the South Jakarta office, ensuring timely reporting on content, engagement, and costs while maintaining meticulous records and smooth office operations for the KOL team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience with KOLs, including agreements, payments, and MoUs.
• Interest in the beauty industry.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and quick response in fast-paced settings.
• Experience coordinating across teams/agencies and handling multiple invoices.
• WFO in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations.
• Monitor and track KOL activities, ensuring timely updates and supporting weekly/monthly reporting on content, engagement, and campaign costs.
• Handle administrative tasks for the KOL team, including preparing agreements, MoUs, invoices, POs, and processing payments.
• Create and update KOL databases to ensure accurate tracking of contracts, performance, and campaign results.
• Assist in managing communication and coordination with KOLs.

As a KOL Admin, You Will

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and delivery logistics


• Maintain organized records of contracts, deliverables, rates, and payments for KOL collaborations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling administrative tasks related to KOLs, including agreements, payments, and MoUs


• Prior experience or strong interest in the beauty industry


• Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities


• Detail-oriented, strong time-management skills, and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment


• Experienced in coordinating across teams and agencies and managing multiple invoices simultaneously


• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
