FACETOLOGY is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in South Jakarta. You will support end-to-end recruitment, assist employer branding, manage candidate databases, and collaborate with HR to ensure a positive candidate experience.

This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates in psychology, management, or related fields who are detail-oriented, Excel-fluent, and eager to learn about talent acquisition in a dynamic beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for HR & Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
