PT Golden Victory Manufactures is seeking a Kitchen Staff to support daily food preparation for our new facility in Pemalang, Central Java. You will wash, cut, marinate, cook, and portion meals according to recipes, maintain hygiene, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely service.

Experience in a restaurant or canteen is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, meal allowance, BPJS health and social insurance, shift work, and a path to full-time employment after probation.

Competenze

• Minimum education: SMP/SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen, restaurant, catering, canteen, or F&B operations.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or industrial canteen is preferred.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Prepare daily food ingredients, including washing, chopping, cutting, marinating, and other food preparation activities.
• Assist in cooking and preparing meals according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and related teams to ensure smooth daily meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, cooking equipment, utensils, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Monitor food storage temperature, shelf life, and food rotation using proper procedures to prevent spoilage and cross-contamination.
• Assist with daily stock checks, receiving food ingredients, and verifying stock quality and quantity.
• Minimize food waste and follow standard portioning procedures to support cost control.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
