Topkarir.Global is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our client’s vibrant culinary team in Denpasar. This entry-level role supports chefs with food preparation, maintains kitchen cleanliness, and helps with dishwashing and general upkeep to ensure smooth operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, learn food safety practices, follow instructions, and work as part of a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools, ensuring they are properly sanitized.
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Dispose of waste and maintain general tidiness of the kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines meticulously.
