Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Helper role based at intercontinental jakarta pondok indah in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Kitchen Helper supports the culinary team with daily food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and basic cooking activities under the guidance of chefs. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all work areas, equipment, and utensils meet hygiene and safety standards. The Kitchen Helper assists with receiving and storing ingredients, preparing mise en place, and helping during service times to ensure timely and efficient food delivery.
