Job summary

PT Evron Cetiga Indonesia seeks a Sales Administrator to manage key account sales administration, customer data, sales documentation, and inventory coordination. The role supports the Senior Key Account Manager in accurate order processing and reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Technical, Legal, and other departments, ensuring ISO procedures are followed and data accuracy is maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major with at least 1 year in sales administration or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Good coordination and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process sales administration from PO and quotation verification to Sales Order input.
• Prepare and maintain customer, sales, inventory, and contract data.
• Monitor customer stock, consignment usage, and replenishment needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports and performance data.
• Monitor customer credit limits and coordinate related requirements.
• Support customer visits, business reviews, and engagement activities.
• Record and follow up customer complaints until resolution.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Technical, Legal, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO management systems.
