PT. NCS CONSULTANT INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager for Modern Trade in Jakarta, focusing on health & beauty and major retail chains. You will lead end-to-end listings, negotiate terms, and drive profitable growth with retailers such as Guardian, Watsons, and AEON.

The role requires 4–8 years FMCG sales experience, strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills, plus English fluency; Mandarin is a plus. Immediate availability preferred.

Formación

• 4–8 years of sales experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, Healthcare, or related industries.
• Minimum 2 years in direct Modern Trade / Key Account experience.
• Proven success managing major Modern Trade accounts (Guardian, Watsons, Century, Dan+Dan).
• Experience with AEON, Hypermart, Transmart, Farmers Market, Ranch Market, Alfamart, Indomaret is a plus.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage Modern Trade / Health & Beauty key accounts with major retail chains.
• Build relationships with Buyers, Category Managers, Procurement, Merchandising, and Store Operations.
• Lead end-to-end New Listing process from vendor registration to first PO and store launch.
• Manage account performance: sales targets, sell-in/sell-out, inventory, promotions, and receivables.
• Develop Account Business Plans, trade promotions, and new product launches with Brand/Marketing teams.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, listing rates, rebates, and trading terms while protecting profitability.
• Forecast demand, plan stock, track POs, and coordinate deliveries to minimize OOS/overstock.
• Monitor market/trend data and identify new business opportunities.
