Job summary

Future Commerce Indonesia seeks an experienced affiliate marketing professional to be the primary contact for clients, manage relationships, and ensure campaign targets are met. Lead end-to-end affiliate strategies from planning to growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing, account management, KOL/creator management, or e-commerce, preferably within TikTok Shop or an agency environment.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate operations, including creator management, affiliate commissions, livestreams, affiliate videos, campaign mechanics, and GMV growth strategies.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred.
• Established in the first quarter of 2021, Future Commerce Indonesia provides ecommerce enabler services and cross-border all-round overseas services, including TikTok Shop, Shopee store agency operation, and marketing promotion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage expectations.
• Develop and lead end-to-end affiliate marketing strategies from planning to growth.
• Work with Account Managers to ensure smooth daily affiliate operations and campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Prepare client reviews and present performance insights with data-driven action plans.
• Coordinate with Ads, Content, and E-commerce teams to align campaigns with client goals.
