Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager for a motorcycle dealership in North Sumatra. You will lead the dealership team, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service while managing budgets and dealership operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, has prior managerial experience in automotive sales, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and dealership software.
