Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Junior Server to support the service team at our beach club operations. You will assist with food and beverage service, prepare tables and service areas, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and senior service team.

This hands-on role offers a fast-paced international hospitality environment where you can develop your service skills, learn menus and procedures, and build a foundation for a hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Willingness to start or develop a career in hospitality.
• Ability to interact with guests and work as part of a team.
• Ability to remain attentive and organized during busy service periods.
• Willingness to learn food and beverage menus and service procedures.
• Ability to stand and move during shifts.
• Can communicate in basic English; additional language skills are welcome.
• Available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
• Experience in restaurant/beach club/hotel is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables and service stations before guests arrive.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Keep service areas clean and organized.
• Respond to guest requests during service.
• Clear and reset tables and coordinate with Kitchen/Bar/Senior team.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service procedures.
