Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a friendly Waitress for Zazzy's Pizza in Bali. This hands-on, outlet-based role delivers attentive service in a fast-paced F&B environment, coordinating with Kitchen, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure orders are handled accurately and guests feel well cared for.

You will welcome and assist guests, take and serve orders, maintain cleanliness, provide menu recommendations, and support the team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, taking and serving orders, and ensuring that food and beverages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests, taking and serving orders, and ensuring that food and beverages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain assigned tables and service areas, respond to guest requests, provide menu recommendations, and coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams for smooth service.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, processing guest requests, and supporting the team during busy periods.
