Job summary

The Champlung Bar and Resto on Bali's beachfront is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and ensure exceptional service under sunny outdoor conditions. You will explain menu items, make recommendations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar position, a neat appearance, and the ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum D1 education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is an advantage.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Friendly, polite, communicative, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
• Take orders accurately and ensure orders match guest requests.
• Present food and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their time at the restaurant.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Perform table set-up and clearing.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant area, including outdoor areas.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and related teams for smooth operations.
• Follow all service standards, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
