Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Junior Server to support the service team at our beach club operations. You will assist with food and beverage service, prepare tables and service areas, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and senior service team.

This hands-on role offers a fast-paced international hospitality environment where you can develop your service skills, learn menus and procedures, and build a foundation for a hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn food and beverage menus and service procedures.
• Ability to stand and move during shifts.
• Can communicate in basic English; additional language skills are welcome.
• Available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.
• Experience in restaurant/beach club/hotel is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help prepare tables and service stations before guests arrive, assist with taking and serving food and beverage orders, and ensure service areas remain clean, organized, and ready throughout the shift. During service, you will respond to guest requests, clear and reset tables, and communicate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, and senior service team. You will also follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service procedures to help maintain Savaya Group’s operating standards.
