• At least 1 year of experience in Die Cut, cutting blade or flat-bed die cutter operations.
• Logical understanding of technical and mechanical processes.

• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Honest, disciplined and responsible in duties.
• Sales experience is an advantage; offset printing experience is a strong plus.

About the role

What you'll be doing

Offer and sell products to customers.

Maintain good relationships with customers and handle their needs efficiently.

Promote products, particularly those related to the offset printing industry.

Input sales data and prepare work reports using a computer system.

Collaborate effectively with the sales team and work independently to achieve company targets.

What we're looking for

Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Minimum 1 years of experience in areas related to Die Cut, Cutting Blade (Pond Knife), or Flat-Bed Die Cutter operation.

Logical understanding of technical and mechanical processes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport easily with customers.

Sociable, humorous, extroverted, and confident, with a charismatic personality.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible in performing assigned duties.

Previous experience in sales is an advantage.

Experience in the offset printing industry or as a former printing technician is a strong plus.
