Qualifications

• Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Die Cut, cutting blade or flat-bed die cutter operations.
• Logical understanding of technical and mechanical processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Sociable, humorous, extroverted and confident with a charismatic personality.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Honest, disciplined and responsible in duties.
• Sales experience is an advantage; offset printing experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer and sell products to customers.
• Communicate actively and persuasively to build long-term relationships and trust.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and handle their needs efficiently.
• Promote offset printing related products.
• Input sales data and prepare work reports using a computer system.
