Job summary

PT XYZ GO PRINT INDONESIA, EPSON Master Dealer & Authorised Service Provider, membuka peluang karir di bidang Sales & Marketing untuk wilayah Jakarta, Bekasi, dan Cikarang. Posisi ini menargetkankan pencapaian penjualan layanan rental printer melalui kunjungan langsung, promosi produk, dan follow-up pelanggan secara profesional.

Pelamar akan memanfaatkan kemampuan presentasi, negosiasi, serta kemampuan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace untuk laporan dan manajemen basis data pelanggan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang apa pun.
• Pengalaman Sales/Marketing nilai tambah, terutama penjualan B2B.
• Keterampilan canvassing, prospekting, dan follow-up pelanggan.
• Kemampuan komunikasi, percaya diri, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
• Orientasi target penjualan dan mindset berorientasi hasil.
• Membangun dan mengelola database prospek secara mandiri.
• Siap ke lapangan ke Jakarta, Bekasi, dan Cikarang.
• memiliki SIM dan kendaraan pribadi menjadi keuntungan.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan canvassing dan kunjungan ke calon pelanggan di wilayah Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang.
• Identify/membangun prospek pelanggan untuk layanan rental printer.
• Menindaklanjuti leads dan calon pelanggan secara rutin.
• Mempromosikan solusi XYZ Rental sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan.
• Menyusun presentasi, quotation, dan bernegosiasi dengan prospek.
• Melakukan survei lokasi bersama tim teknis jika diperlukan.
• Memelihara hubungan dengan pelanggan existing.
• Mencapai target penjualan dan rental perusahaan.
• Membuat serta menjaga basis data prospek dan pelanggan.
• Menyusun laporan berkala aktivitas pemasaran, kunjungan, leads, dan progres penjualan.
• Bekerjasama dengan tim Sales, Service, dan Operations untuk kelancaran operasional rental.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis rental di berbagai sektor.

PT XYZ GO PRINT INDONESIA EPSON Master Dealer & Authorised Service Provider.

• Conduct canvassing activities and visit prospective customers across Jakarta, Bekasi, and Cikarang.
• Identify and develop potential customers who require printer rental services.
• Regularly follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Promote and explain XYZ Rental Solution products and services based on customer needs.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate with prospective customers.
• Conduct site surveys in coordination with the technical team when necessary.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve the company's established sales and rental targets.
• Create, maintain, and regularly update prospect and customer databases.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, customer visits, leads, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth rental operations.
• Identify rental business opportunities across various sectors, including offices, warehouses, logistics, schools, hospitals, mining, plantations, and other industries.
• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to support the development of marketing strategies.

2.What we're looking for

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Previous experience in Sales/Marketing, particularly B2B sales, is an advantage.
• Strong skills in canvassing, prospecting, and customer follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively.
• Strong sales target orientation and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to independently build and develop a prospective customer database.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and canvassing activities across Jakarta, Bekasi, and Cikarang.
• Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for preparing reports and managing customer databases.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and social media for marketing activities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and customer follow-up skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with a strong interest in Sales & Marketing.

Allowance : Rp4.500.000- Probabtion 3 month

Rp5.500.000 after probation.
