Role Description This full-time, on-site Manegement Trainee role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. Daily activities include conducting market research, mapping potential clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating meetings or presentations. The Business Manegement Trainee will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to strengthen client relationships and ensure a smooth handover from prospecting to account management. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, monitoring industry trends, and providing regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
