Qualifications

• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Experience managing electrical or industrial projects.
• Ability to manage project schedules, costs, and progress.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment and systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Attention to detail in project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Identify potential scheduling issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track project costs against agreed budgets.
• Identify and report potential cost overruns or deviations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates.
• Communicate project risks, outstanding issues, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Clarify project requirements and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding equipment, materials, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
