Job summary

Eaton is seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to lead project implementations in the Electrical business. You will manage budgets, schedules, and third-party collaborations while ensuring adherence to QMS and IEC standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years’ PM experience in switchboards, UPS, and PTU/E-house projects, with strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to read electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in electrical switchboards, UPS, PTU/E-house projects.
• Hands-on experience with power distribution systems (switchboards) and UPS.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering systems across diverse sectors (data centers, commercial buildings, mining, utilities, industrial).
• Familiarity with switchboard and panel builder manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 standards.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and service for switchboards and UPS; hands-on service experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities
