Job summary

PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia is seeking a sales-focused professional to design and manage sales plans, forecast demand, and coordinate warehousing from distributors to outlets and patients. You will craft marketing strategies and promotional materials, reviewing progress through PDCA cycles.

The ideal candidate has a medical or pharmacy degree, at least two years in oncology, strong leadership, excellent English, and proven marketing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Medical field or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the oncology field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, can build and maintain successful relationships with colleagues from across division, while working with tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Good marketing and negotiation skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be stationed in East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Create a sales plan and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate internally and externally to stock in and out from warehouses - distributors to outlets and patients.
• Make marketing plans and sales strategies and review them according to PDCA rules.
• Create a sales plan and review.
