Job summary

PT Getein Biotech Indonesia invites a motivated product leader to drive the lifecycle management and marketing strategy for our diagnostic portfolio. You will serve as the product expert, delivering clinical support, training, and marketing materials while coordinating with global principals to ensure Indonesian regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 3–5 years in medical devices/diagnostics, with strong leadership and bilingual English/Indonesian communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the medical device/diagnostic industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (AKL/AKD).
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle management and marketing strategy for the diagnostic product portfolio.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary product expert, providing clinical support, product training and marketing material development.
• Collaborate with global principals and ensure full compliance with Indonesian medical device regulations.
