Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia is seeking a Marketing and Product Strategy professional to manage the marketing strategy and lifecycle of its medical device products. You will analyze markets, position products, and coordinate launches while supporting sales and market development.

The role requires 3-5 years in product management/marketing, with a background in medical devices, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical/Health Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in the Medical Devices industry is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in product launches, market development, and sales support is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product and marketing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Manage the medical device product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry trend analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Plan and coordinate new product launches and commercialization activities.
• Work closely with the Sales team to drive product penetration and support sales target achievement.
• Provide product knowledge, training, presentations, and product demonstrations to internal teams and customers.
• Develop product marketing materials and ensure accurate and consistent product communication.
• Gather market and customer insights and translate them into product and commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and other related functions.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, market share, and competitor activities.
• Support customer engagement, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and other commercial activities.
