Job summary

Blibli OMG, part of Blibli Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Omnichannel Operation Staff to support online stores and omnichannel channels. You will ensure accurate product information, synchronize inventory, and maintain optimized listings across pages.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and operations to execute promotions, monitor performance, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of promo creation, product listing optimization, online merchandising, and digital marketing basics.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all pages on the e-commerce store (homepage, product pages, category pages, and landing pages).
• Upload, update, and maintain promo and product listings.
• Manage inventory data and ensure stock synchronization between systems.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for SEO.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, product, and operations teams to update banners and campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and ensure smooth navigation and functionality.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations to resolve product or page-related issues quickly.
• Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to enhance user experience and sales growth.

As a Junior Omnichannel Operation Staff, you will support the day-to-day operations of online stores and omnichannel channels, ensuring accurate product information, inventory synchronization, promotions, and a seamless customer experience across channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a good understanding of digital platforms, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced retail environment.

What We’ll Work on Together
