Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of networking technologies and security appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provide managed services to ensure clients' IT infrastructure stays operational.
• Identify, investigate and resolve first-line incidents and problems following SOPs.
• Monitor client environments, document root causes and implement approved changes.
• Assist with process improvements and knowledge base updates.
