Macmahon Mining Service invites a recent graduate to join our team as a Master Scheduling Coordinator in our Indonesia operations. You will help develop weekly and long-term maintenance schedules for heavy equipment fleets and support work order processing in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or Business Administration / Logistics with a strong Supply Chain focus.
• Entry-level position (0–2 years of experience). Internship or exposure to mining or equipment maintenance management is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Master Scheduling: develop and coordinate weekly and long-term maintenance schedules for heavy equipment fleets.
• Work Order Administration: assist in processing, reviewing, and tracking work orders within SAP.
• Resource Coordination: cross-check parts availability, tooling, and manpower strategies prior to scheduling maintenance events.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical)
