Job summary

PT Sanggar Sarana Baja is seeking an experienced Planning Analyst/Project Planner to lead operational planning and procurement across Indonesian sites. The role requires coordinating among SCM, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to meet project schedules and budgets, while ensuring quality and SHE compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in planning analytics, with SAP Planning Module and data analytics proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in a similar role or in Operations Planning & Analytics.
Mining industry experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP Planning Module and Data Analytics.
Strong planning, organizing, decision making, manpower planning and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee operational planning and procurement activities to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with SCM, Engineering, Operations and external vendors to align project execution with schedule, budget and quality.
Monitor project progress, resource allocation and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
Evaluate project outcomes, cost efficiency and profitability while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards across all operations.
