PT Kitar Technology Indonesia is a fast-growing technology company focused on sustainable mobile solutions. We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruitment, with emphasis on campus recruitment and building a strong employer brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition and successful end-to-end recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in final semester.
• Familiar with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, with a focus on campus recruitment.
• Source and attract candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus events, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
