The World Bank Group is seeking a Junior Information Management Analyst in Jakarta to support the lifecycle management of information assets and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will assist with retention schedules, disposition activities, and access controls, under supervision.

You will help maintain information governance policies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives while developing your skills in information management and AI

Qualificações

• Understanding and practical experience with information governance, lifecycle management, records management, and disposition.
• Knowledge of information management software systems.
• Ability to communicate information graphically for reporting and communications.
• Experience with Office 365 platform and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support lifecycle management of information assets and governance of M365 solutions.
• Track retention schedules and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with appraisal, retention, and disposition activities for digital records.
• Support governance of records repositories across Jakarta office, including off-site storage dispositions.
• Maintain documentation for information management policies and procedures.
