Job summary

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting seeks an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer for a digital bank project in Jakarta. You will monitor and manage user access rights, ensure compliance with security policies, and conduct regular audits.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to align IAM with objectives, develop and revise access policies, and deliver training on IAM best practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years IAM experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of IAM experience, including monitoring and auditing access rights.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and access control principles.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and policy implementation.
• Certifications in IAM or cybersecurity are desirable.
