Job summary

YCP Group in Jakarta seeks a Master Data Business Analyst to define data and master data requirements, map processes, and support ERP/FICO/HCM implementations. You will turn data into actionable insights and create dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.

Collaborate with the Data Transformation team and clients to drive governance, data quality, and reporting improvements, delivering value through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience with ERP and data analytics tools is essential.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define reporting and master data requirements from processes and users.
• Define Master Data requirements to support ERP, FICO and HCM solutions.
• Identify business challenges in reporting and data.
• Conduct full lifecycle analysis including requirements and design.
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities and identify data needs.
• Define Data Governance requirements for clients.
• Develop and implement data analyses and data collection systems.
• Filter and clean data to locate and correct problems.
• Present data findings with visualizations for decision making.
• Acquire data from sources and maintain centralized databases.
• Collaborate with Data Transformation team and stakeholders.
• Create documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify new business questions and quantify ROI.
