Responsibilities

• Monitor and back up Air Import & Air Export operations including TMF system and e-mail
• Handle Shipping Instruction requests, rate requests to overseas, and customer quotations
• Manage export/import documentation (BLs, SEDs, AMS/ISF/ACI) and related filings
• Oversee invoicing, billing and issue credit notes as needed
• Perform pre-alert checks and monitor milestones and export/import status
• Coordinate with origin/destination offices and co-loaders for on-time delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Indonesian law
• Prepare and monitor quality, health, safety, and environment objectives for Air Freight
