Job summary

Cngr Indonesia is seeking a logistics professional to monitor and support Air Import & Export operations. You will handle shipping instructions, rate requests, and customer quotes while ensuring compliance with TMF processes and Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities include overseeing export and import activities from start to finish, managing pre-alerts, billing, and reporting. You will also monitor milestones, generate reports, and contribute to QHSE implementation in the Air Freight

Responsibilities

• Monitor Air Import & Export operations in TMF system and email communications.
• Receive Shipping Instructions or inquiries from customers and respond with rates.
• Quote to customers and handle non-job/foreign-to-foreign shipments.
• Oversee export process from pickup to delivery and monitor milestones.
• Manage pre-alerts in TMF and confirm alerts in the system.
• Monitor import clearance through to delivery and follow up on delays.
• Process payments, billing and invoice submission via receptionist.
• Check overseas pre-alerts in the system and identify late reason codes.
• Generate auto-exceptions daily and ensure milestone updates.
• Handle shipments (e.g., Kuta Beach) from draft AWB to delivery.
• Issue credit notes from branches and review nett revenue for profit/loss monthly.
• Monitor unbilled costs and cost unlocks before month-end closing.
• Check and lock files; manage warehouse profit shares from MSA in system.
• Verify buying rates to co-loaders and perform export audits.
• Add shipment exports in SharePoint and review transshipment profit shares via SIN.
• Create employee monthly reports and credit-note reports and daily shipment reports.
• Assist in implementing QHSE objectives for Air Freight and ensure operations comply with customer and Indonesian law.

**Description**
Monitoring/back up team Air Import & Air Export (in TMF system and e‑mail) starting receiving Shipping Instruction or inquiry from customer, request buying rate to overseas, quote to customer, non‑job file / foreign to foreign shipment, pick up export process, monitor export process, pre‑alert email & TMF, confirm pre‑alert in system, monitor clearance import, till delivery.
Monitor payment request, billing and submit invoice to receptionist.
Check pre‑alert from overseas in system regularly.
Check late no reason code.
Generate auto exception daily.
Monitor update milestone daily.
Handle shipment Kuta Beach from checking draft Air Way Bill, TMF system till delivery.
Issue credit note including from branch.
Check shipment nett revenue - profit loss shipment monthly basis.
Monitor with origin for shipment unbilled or unlock cost before month end closing.
Monitor and check locking file.
Check and execute profit share warehouse from MSA in system.
Checking buying rate to co‑loader.
Export audit and add shipment export in sharepoint.
Checking profit share for shipment transhipment via SIN.
Create employee monthly report.
Create Credit Note report.
Create Daily Shipment Report.
Help create and monitor of implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment objectives for Air Freight Departments.
Make sure that every operation conducted according to safety regulations set up by customer and Indonesian Law.
