Job summary

Pt Innabridge Selaras Energi is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Tangerang to manage international shipments, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating with global partners and maintaining accurate documentation in a hybrid work setup with regular office presence for essential coordination tasks.

Experience in international logistics operations including import/export.
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and cross-border compliance.
Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to ensure smooth transit.
Manage import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Track shipments, provide status updates to stakeholders, and resolve transit issues Proactively.
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to achieve cost efficiencies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
