Job summary

PT Langit Metal Industry is seeking a diligent finance professional in Jakarta. The role focuses on voucher entry, document preparation in financial software, and meticulous filing of vouchers and attachments.

You will also assist in asset inventory and daily office tasks to support financial integrity in the Jakarta area. The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, 2+ years’ experience, and fluent Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Fluent Mandarin (oral and written).
• At least 2 years in a related finance/accounting role.
• Professional qualifications in finance, tax, and accounting are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter vouchers and create documents in financial software.
• Print, bind, and file vouchers and attachments (invoices, receipts, forms).
• Collect and organize original bills and file monthly vouchers.
• Participate in inventory of fixed assets, hardware, and protective products.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders or superiors.

• Enter vouchers (make documents) in financial software;
• Print, bind and file financial vouchers and attachments (including but not limited to accounting vouchers, payment application forms/reimbursement application forms, invoices, receipts and expense allocation tables, etc.);
• Collect and organize original bills of invoices/receipts and file financial vouchers on a monthly basis;
• Participate in the inventory of fixed assets and hardware and labor protection products in the Jakarta office area;
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders or superiors.

Job Requirements and Skills :

• Fluent in Mandarin both oral and written.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/ Post-Graduate Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Demonstrate high integrity, discipline, and trustworthy
• Obtain professional qualifications in finance, tax, and accounting.
• Have strong analytical ability, high attention to details and good communication skills
