Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee the company's full-set accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance. You will manage invoice issuance, reconciliations, and prepare financial statements for management review.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Mandarin as a primary working language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with the ability to independently handle full-set accounting.
• Familiar with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and basic Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical, data processing, and reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and possessing strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle the company's full-set accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Manage invoice issuance and administration, with a good understanding of local tax invoice procedures.
• Perform account reconciliation with customers and suppliers, monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, and ensure financial records are consistent and accurate.
• Assist with tax filing, tax payments, and daily tax compliance matters.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports, and regularly report financial and business performance to management.
• Coordinate with local tax consultants, accountants, and external auditors to ensure financial compliance.
• Independently identify and resolve financial issues, and proactively propose process improvements.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
