Job summary

PT. BAOSF Material Technology is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Indonesia to develop the market for latex paint additives. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome. A personal vehicle and strong communication skills are required.

You will understand our products, identify customer needs, visit clients, and build lasting relationships to expand our market presence in the latex paint industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or vocational schooling; Bachelor’s degree welcomed.
• Degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Good communication skills, honesty, integrity and a positive attitude.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and visiting clients.
• Willing to learn and grow in sales and product knowledge.
• Able to follow instructions and perform tasks effectively.
• Willing to work during non-working hours/on holidays when required.
• Technical experience in latex paint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the market and customer base effectively.
• Understand the company’s products, research, and understand customer needs in the target market.
• Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and options for customers.
• Build relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve production using our products.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Gather market information regarding prices, products, and marketing techniques in the latex paint industry.
