Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical/industrial engineering or chemistry.
- 5+ years of experience in related field, especially in paint/coatings sectors.
- Prefer supervisor/assistant manager experience in chemistry or related field.
- Experience in making paint formulations for various applications, development and new product creation.
- Wide supplier network in chemicals is a plus.
- Familiar with market trends in paint and coating industries.
Responsibilities
- Developing and creating new product in accordance with the quality and target set up.
- Arranging, monitoring and controlling the research of paint product by following the market trend.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting of any problems that accurs in lab, production and client's site
- Ensuring all required process and testing have been conducted and complied with the standard and regulation
- Making and updating monthly report
