Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping and portioning.
• Cook and plate dishes following recipes and Lead Cook's instructions.
• Get station ready before service and keep it stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Store and label food correctly.
• Help unpack deliveries and store stock.
• Clean work surfaces, equipment and utensils as you go.
• Assist with washing up and kitchen cleaning at end of shift.
• Notify Lead Cook if stock is running low or something is wrong.
