Responsibilities

• Cook and present menu items according to Njayo Cafe SOP.
• Maintain consistency of taste, quality, and food presentation.
• Ensure kitchen area cleanliness meets hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Monitor raw material stock and report daily needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service team for operational smoothness.
