Job summary

PT. Sailun Tire Indonesia is seeking a junior marketing assistant to support end-to-end activation campaigns, coordinate vendors, and track budgets while providing on-site event support.

You will prepare briefs, monitor timelines, collect data, and assist with post-event analysis, aligning with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years marketing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• On-site event support with possible weekend/evening work.
• Proficient in Excel for budget tracking; agency experience is a plus.
• Native Bahasa Indonesia; intermediate English for work communication.

Job description

Junior role supporting end to end marketing activation. Covers project coordination, vendor liaison, budget tracking, on site support, post event analysis and internal alignment.

Responsibilities:

Support annual & monthly activation planning; track project timeline and deliverables.

Prepare project briefs, coordinate internal teams and external agencies/vendors, monitor execution quality.

Follow up vendor proposals & quotations; draft meeting minutes and action logs; assist budget recording & document collation.

Provide on site support for brand events and roadshows; collect stakeholder feedback.

Compile event data including participation, exposure and spending; support project review and quarterly analysis.

Cooperate with creative and material teams to prepare campaign assets.

Requirements:

Min. 2-3+ years marketing related working experience. Background from marketing/advertising agency or brand marketing department preferred; tire and automotive marketing experience is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree, major is not limited.

Able for on site event support, including occasional weekend/evening work for key campaigns.

Proficient in Excel for budget & data tracking; prior agency cooperation experience is an advantage.

Native level fluent Bahasa Indonesia; competent (min. intermediate level) in English for work related communication.

Outgoing, positive minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Willing to WFO at PIK - North Jakarta
